I think of myself as a Black Rose. Roses are beautiful, strong and prickly yet they emit a lovely perfume when we are near them. That’s how I see myself. The colour black, seems to always have negative connotations but I choose to see it as simply beautiful. Roses are easily recognizable to everyone especially on February 14th.
